Just some thoughts...
I think I should see a doctor. Or a counsillor. Just someone to talk to, and maybe sort out why I'm not sleeping properly, if at all.
Its probably work related. Work days are getting longer and longer, and I find myself with very little free time sometimes. I know Its because I'm worried about him... Why won't he just tell me what's wrong? I just want him to be happy...
I should probably find someone to talk to. I feel like a burden talking to my friends about this. They have their own problems and lives to deal with. Hopefully just talking to someone will help sort everything out. I would prefer to stay away from medication, but if its necessary.
Can anybody reccomend a good counsillor to go to?
